Floor + NBA Logo

Hello everyone.
Two quick questions:
A) How do you remove the NBA logo from jerseys? I seem to recall that you could replace the texture with a blank one, but I don't remembe which one
B) Does anybody have an old-style european floor template? I mean with the old trapezoid paint. I have only been able to find modern-day templates. I have seen floor mods from the 1988 olympics for example, that's the kind of thing I'm looking for. Anyone know where to find this, our how I go about creating my own?

Edit: Figured out the NBA logo part.
Edit 2: So, after searching and reading, I can be more specific on what I need help with:
How do I importing a floor template into an european team .iff floor file?
All the .iff templates I have seen are of NBA floors. For example, the 3Pt line is closer in Europe.
