Real Stats = 2K Ratings

I have seen a lot of ratings generator spreadsheets like TrueSim NBA Ratings Calculator v1 and another Serbian-made spreadsheet but it seems, the former is focused on NBA and often includes advanced stats and metrics. So I was thinking of creating a different one suited for other leagues. This time the stat will be weighted depending on the player, team, and league.

Since I have been working on the EASL mod (B League, KBL, CBA, NBL, and other Asian pro leagues), I am hoping to work with other modders interested in doing stat to ratings generator that combines elements from other spreadsheets.
