I tried to follow along but that may be a different reshape because it had different parts from the retro download.

during installation, on the 'check the box' part try to check all the selections. make sure you set the Shaders and Textures on a specific folder.

I did not test it on my 2K21, gladly it still looks amazing on 2K20.
