UBR Scheduling options issue, please help!

Hi been using Ultimate Base Roster for a while, just finished a season and trying to do a new 1987 season but it wont load the scheduling options mod, I only have the default options. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
I have the scheduling options.xlsx file in my saves is that the right place to put it? Weird one.
