Need help editing the menu colors and textures

Hey everyone, so I have gotten back into modding 2K14 as I am fully revamping my old NCAA mod which I have wanted to do for a long time.

What I have been struggling to find are the files that control things such as the loading screens, the background blue-themed design that is everywhere in the menus, and other menu textures themselves.

I am presuming this is fairly new due to when RED MC became fully free as I got absolutely no idea what to edit lol.

Any and all help will be appreciated as there lots I would like to edit, that I have seen edited, that now I cannot unsee and must learn to do it myself because it looks AMAZING

just download my "global" in "updates".
open global and check for 2K files (englishbootup, frontend_sync, etc.)
open 2K files with 3DM tool. (download here: 3DM Tool)
