You're right. It's impossible to do because there's no default jersey base on 2K14 that has the exact number placing like that one.

It's round, but I don't have any round collar for Cavs in roster, so this is why is a v-neck on screen.

Yes you can, but I'm not fully sure about Earned uniforms.

First I wanted to use Spurs alternate as a base, but I ditched that idea when I saw earned jersey, so I go with Warriors base, because I didn't want to cover the rainbow with numbers.
