i think i don't understand you... since when uniforms' color should be determined by court color? and court color can't be photoshoped or be wrong with the tone?

agree that the photo´s u show madball are not trustworthy...photoshoped..I think he means the pictures made of the jerseys while players are on court.

NCAA websites usually have the official school colors somewhere on their websites. The NBA teams do not have this as far as I know. Sites such as Colorwerx and sportslogos.net often have different colors listed as official. Try a google search and you will see the colors vary widely. I've read many posts on colors issues and it all comes down to subjective information. Colors vary for many reasons. Ambient lighting, monitor, monitors being calibrated and your own eyes. My feeling is that any logo taken from the Lakers website will have the correct purple and gold (yellow). The photo above is a perfect example of how the color changes depending on the shadows and lighting.

In fact current Lakers yellow (we're talking about uniforms not whole brand) is brighter than previous from rev30. It's more like banana instead of gold (here is comparsion with last season jersey: http://oi68.tinypic.com/156vhfq.jpg) and I used similair yellow to their first adidas jersey. It might be a wrong decision, but even 2k using typical gold for them (EA also using gold, but a little bit brighter).

I don't forgot about new sponsors, I'll release them as soon as Suns show me how PayPal will look on away or third jersey, because rest of teams are already made and waiting for release. The same thing is with "Classic", I'll release pack when Pacers and Warriors officialy unveil their uniforms.
