I've asked the same thing and gotten the same canned response: "Its improved".
Well I don't know what the hell "improved" means...its obvious that from playing it and from other peoples findings that "improved" doesn't mean easier, in fact, it might actually mean harder. This is why I don't like user changes without explanations or other variables included in the change log. For some people, "improved" might mean "easier ball-handling for lower skill players". For others, "improved" might mean "harder ball-handling for lower skill players" (more like NBA maybe?). See what I mean? It varies from person to person what "improved" means, especially on an ambiguous user mod.
If there are plenty of under the hood changes, I would like to know, especially concerning "gameplay flow change" and "improved teamwork". What specifically is different? Are players more likely to pass to you when defenders aren't near you? Do they fill lanes better on breaks? Do they move more with/without the ball? I know nesa has put a lot of work into this tool, I'm sure he can explain a bit more in depth what changes were made...
