I attempt to make my own custom shoes, but when I import them in a game, it doesn't have the right color on it. Gray colors appear to have like a pink stain on it, and black seems to be a little shiny....is there a tutorial out there for shoes editing to check what have I missed? Any help is highly appreciated guys. Thanks a lot.

I create a new pair of shoes using shoe creator and assigned it to the player I want to wear the created one. Then changed the filename and its extension and copied both of them to NBA2k14 folder on drive C.

Try switching the color of the base in the sheo you create in 2K. For example, instead of using a secondary colored basee, use a primary colored base and see what happens.
