Alright guys, I have added some cyberfaces for Arizona, but need to check them out in the game before I release them to the community to ensure they work properly. The issue is I can't get them to show up in the game. I've asked in the tutorials and help sections to no avail. I also can't get downloaded cyber faces to work either.

For instance, say I download Steph Curry's cyber face and want to assign it to TJ McConnell. In the march madness roster McConnell is assigned to ID 119 and cf id of 3117 and portrait id of 3117. I change the steph curry .iff to png3117.iff and place it in the main 2k14 file directory with all the other png files and remove the original png3117.iff file.

Now I would expect that when I open up NBA 2k14 that I would see McConnell with Steph Curry's cyberface, however it doesn't change. Is there something else in RedMC I need to change to assign cyberfaces other than CF ID and portrait ID to make the cyber faces work?

When I open the file using the 3dM tool it shows all the Steph Curry textures, so I know the .iff is correct.

Also I know the RedMc works because if I change McConnel's cf id and portrait id to say 3116 it works and there is a new cyberface assigned.

It seems the files already in the mod work correctly, but when I try to add an .iff it won't work properly.

Am I missing something? If anyone knows please help, this is getting frustrating and I am a newb and would like to help create with you guys.

If you've downloaded the beta roster, all you need to do is name your file png3117.iff, put it in your main 2K14 directory, and load the March Madness roster, and your face should show up for T.J. McConnell... Here are the CFID's associated with each Arizona player. Just name your CF file the appropriate pngXXXX.iff, and you should be all set.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, 3120
Gabe York, 3121

Can't imagine there's anyone else you'd make a CF for, since they only run like an 8-man rotation, and nobody else sees more than like 5 minutes per game.

Again, if you made Gabe York, just name the file png3121.iff, put in your main NBA 2K14 Directory folder, load the roster, and York should look like himself in-game.

Yes, I imagine you're placing the files in the wrong place.

I put the updated png3117.iff in Jennifer>AppData>Roaming>2k Sports>NBA 2k14

You don't want it there. That's not the main directory. That's the route towards the Saves folder. I'm not on my PC that I game on, so I don't have the exact route, but it goes through your Local Disc (C:) / Program Files (x86) / ... route, if you have one.

that not your mail directory, unless your installed the game there. ith nki thats your save locations wich differnt than you main irectry or the game

nba2k14.exe do a search for this nba2k14.exe that shouldbe your in your main directory for the game and iff all should be there

Can somebody fix Oregon's Floor, it is outdated as well. The pac-10 logo needs to be pac-12 and college 3 point line is Green instead of white and there is no high school 3 point line anymore.

Ain't gonna lie...Oregon's court is a bit annoying on the eyes (I figured it was just me since I use sideline cam). They need to quit being so fancy with courts these days. I suppose some of them look cool such as having state outlines is not bad. But first it was sleeved jerseys now courts with forest environments on them lol...miss the ol "traditional" days
