Here's what I can tell you for certain. Annoyingly bumping a thread has never gotten somebody to release something sooner than they were intending, or at all if they were not intending. I can't imagine Bliss is sitting on files, waiting for enough posts asking if/when he'll release before he does so. If/when Bliss releases, you'll know, because he'll be the one posting in this thread... This isn't rocket science, folks.
