Ok guys, I solved the problem. It was missing the d3dx9_26.dll and the d3dx9_40.dll. It should work by now

It isn't crashing now. I forgot to put some dlls.

I used SJ1414's Reign global with Lagoa v5 body modifications. As for the release, I really don't know. I need more feedbacks to make it better.
