Who voted Hapoel .. I still say that HAPOEL and UNION LJUBLJANA don't deserve to be there cause teams like Panionios,Zaragoza.Elan Chalon,Khimki,Banvit,UNICS Kazan,Cedevita,PAOK,Valencia and Bilbao are all better
