Some teams can only be played in association mode (and friendlies) such as Paris Basketball and crashes at the end of 1/4

Can someone tell me how can i do to close a window of PS5 graphics that appears sometimes when i'm playing? The keys used for playing are the same to manage the options and the quality of graphics is worse, I don't know if someone else had that issue and how to fix it.
