For the ones who have followed all of the suggestions/tips to get the trainer to work and aren't able to get it to work properly, I'm inclined to say that you're simply out of luck... There must be something on your system that's messing things up (considering it's working fine for almost everyone) and only you will be able to find what that is.

In 2k13 trainer by alec it can be done...

You don't need to save anything for the changes to happen. The moment you make a change, it's changed in-game. Make sure the trainer is properly loaded and it's able to read the settings and such in the game. That means you shouldn't be seeing any zero's anywhere in the trainer!

Yes. Same problem to me with MC season lenght. The trainer works perfectly, but when i change the lenght nothing happens. Other things works good. :?

Has anyone encountered this error before?

Image

Was making some edits using the trainer, took a break for a while, and when I came back the program kept displaying that error message above. Tried deleting all traces of it on my computer and reinstalling using the link on the front page, but it always displays this error no matter how I boot it. I've already tried rebooting my computer, several different compatibility settings, administrative mode, messing with my 2K14 online files, and different versions of the trainer with no luck.

Edit: Fixed the issue. Seems like the trainer was crashing on the startup image and changing "Portrait" to 0 under the Settings.ini file was the answer.

I fixed this by deleting the online files in your saves folder

Yes, yes it is! All the hundreds (if not thousands) of people using it are all infected by this terrible virus! :wall:

It's called a false positive. That means that your anti-virus scanner detects something as a virus, which isn't actually a virus. Think before opening your mouth.

Alex99 wrote:Edit player names?

Obviously this isn't possible (yet) using the trainer. Although, you can change the player type to a created player and be able to edit his name in-game.

Nope, this isn't possible (yet) this year.

Just want to clarify this, because if so, I'll probably start trying to learn how to use this thing. I can use the trainer to convert to CAP, edit name in-game, and then edit him to no longer be a CAP, and his edited name should stay? We can do it in a roundabout way, but just not 100% within the trainer (yet). Correct??

Yep, you are correct! On one of the rosters I was using Dennis Schröder didn't have his name spelled correctly. All I had to do was switch his player type to a created player, go in-game and I could edit his name and everything else. Switch his player type back to active NBA player, and done!

Brilliant. (Y) Thank you. I didn't see it outlined in the original post, but does the trainer allow us to change a player's CFID? I'd love to start converting rag players in my Street roster into the 90's and 00's Stars I need in the game...

Is there any way to max out my players hot spots and freeze them?
I play as Anthony Bennett in "My Career" and i'm terrible at shooting three pointers, despite A+ shoots and 99 skill level.

Yep, you can change the CF's of all the players in the appearance tab! When you changed it, just make sure you go back in-game > edit player and then it'll be changed. Same goes for when you want to change a player's portrait.

I haven't seen this as an option in the trainer, so I don't think it's possible. However, if it's the same as last year the hot spots should change on a game-to-game basis. The more 3's you shoot (and make) the faster the hot spots will change.

Nobody can guarantee you that this can be done without any problems, crashes etc. because it's not a function in the game. Turn off auto-save using the trainer, back up your files and give it a go! It is possible to swap players from one team to another. You can basically change entire rosters with the trainer. Just make sure you don't go over the roster limit, you don't mess up the cap space and things like that. And yes, you can change your primary position. Find the correct translated image (Primary/Secondary position) in the opening post and you'll know exactly what to do!

You can max them out. Load your myCareer file, then open the trainer, find Anthony Bennett, then above his info you will see 8 buttons up top. Click the 6th one starting from the left and go to the last column which should be the only editable one. Click the drop-down arrow for each one and it goes 1. Blue/Cold 2. Grey/Neutral 3. Red/Hot 4. Amber/Medium.
The spots work from left to right. Once you do that Save the myCareer file then exit and load up. Go to shootaround and click the back button and you should see his hot spots updated.

I hope I answered the right question.

You are correct! However, what I was aiming at is that you can't freeze them (not that I'm aware of). So whenever you play a game, they'll change. I ran into the same 'problem' last year until I just figured I'm going to shoot a lot where I want my hot spots to be and that did the trick for the most part.

I don't think you can change coaches with this trainer. I haven't run into the option to do it at least, but I'm pretty sure it isn't possible.

After I close the directories settings screen, a picture of LeBron flashes then disappear, nothing happens after that. I try to open once again and check the Task Manager, the program is there and disappears seconds later just like the picture of LeBron. Has anyone experienced this?
Run as Admin, clean everything and registry, reinstall the game don't work.

Thanks,
i tried that before, but i don't think it does anything other than change the colors of the hot spots. The values (the ones you can't edit) stay the same. In the shootaround mode i couldn't see a difference in my shooting between blue and red colored hot spots. The yellow bar under the players name is also always full, no matter what color of hot spot i'm in.

Are there any cheat engine tables out there, with the hot spot values? I wouldn't mind changing them before every game.
