I left notes on a previous page about the shoe global and the hex values that need to change.
You will also need REDMC which is now free. If more people want a tutorial of how to just edit my shoe vault shoe global I can make a video.
I probably could make multiple videos showing different things that could be done.

After a few hours of refreshing my memory about the Shoe vault, here are some notes I took

Notes to self
style.rmce within the shoe_global.iff file after exporting using RED MC

Offset Block:10-11 (shoe Style value)
backward byte aligned

Offset Block:14-17 (shoe Name)
Backwards byte aligned.
This will call a line of text from english.iff or englishfe.iff


Offset Block:1C-1F (shoe description)
This description is a text string, visible after select view shoe

Offset Block:20-27 (shoe Brand) (Maybe only 20-23 are needed, and 24-27 is position on the brand menu ?)
Shoes will appear under a specific shoe brand menu depending on value assigned
