I am asking for your permission to include your tight jersey mod from 2k13 on my Stielar's Cut edition that I plan to release next week. Stielar's cut is essentially a collection of the mods that I think are the best and that produce the same result as the video/pictures i have released in combination with my new sweetfx settings. Credits will be mentioned both in file and on every site / forum this will be released.

By the way, i remember last year you said that you would work on a high player settings tight jersey mod if someone would help you. Did anyone ever offered to help?
