What makes a cyberface compatible with these. Do you think my cyberfaces with different versions (texture beard, long afro, etc..) would be compatible with this?

I would love to make your CFs compatible as it its very easy for me.
As long you have 3 different looks for the same player it's not too hard.
I will give a crack at your Anthony Davis I guess.
I have already made an entire tutorial in the tutorial section.

If you want to try to make a CF compatible...
First you MUST download the TURK scripts, the link is at the top of the page.
I just clone the headshape and facial texture subfiles within the any CF file.
Then re-name them as listed below. The names have to match exactly as shown below circled in red.
Now when you go to select your facial progression from the turk list as shown below, the hex values will update.
The hex values highlighted in green below are the files that will show in game.
So value "36B01028" always corresponds with the headshape that shows in game.
Hex value "AE2D4860" will always correspond with the facial texture that appears in game.
I have already made an entire tutorial in the tutorial section.

Yeah, I will send you the files and you do your own thing. I think both A.Davis and A.Wiggins plus masked/unmasked westbrook would be compatible.

used both versions and made modifications to accomplish the below looks:



modifications:
added tattoo for all 3 looks.
removed chin strap beard/ and hair part design for hair 1 and low cut.
added modified version of original normal map

the thread started 1 year and three months ago. Only 2 people have asked how to make compatible CFs. There is an entire tutorial also.
I'm almost sure that if 2K wasn't limited by the limitations of current consoles (PS4 and Xbox 1), then they would have already made this feature in game.
In fact I believe they had something similar to this way back in like 2k4 or 2k5 where Ben Wallace would switch from afro to braids on his own.
If the 2k16 explorer tool allowed some of the functionality of RED MC to import/ export subfiles and clone/ delete subfiles then this could be accomplished for 2K16 CFs also.
I don't know if 2K16 explorer allows you to add your own scripts like RED MC does. That is how I was able to make the looks change with just the click of a button.
This would be way cooler if this was an in game feature already. I only created this so I can freshen up my associations. Going through 3 or four years with a player looking exactly the same is boring and downloading new CFs means I have to keep track of multiple CFs for one player, let alone try doing that for all the stars of the league.

This is crazy good. Beyond good. This is great for players who like to mix it up every now and then. Wish we could get something like this going for PBA 2K14. A lot of cyberfaces in that mod change almost a lot of times in a single year.

I could make a few of the players some compatible cfs. All I do is combine 3 cfs into 1. It must exactly 3 differnt looks.
I could make many of these but I don't have the patience to make them from scratch. Also I would have to get permission from modders, which is time consuming waiting for replies.
