For RGB shoes, you really just have to overwrite an RGB shoe that is the same model (hi, mid, or low), and literally use the base RGB colors (FF0000, 00FF00, 0000FF). That's essentially all there is to it. If you download any RGB shoe that has been released and check the file, you'll see what I'm talking about.
