I have the same problem but and i know how should i fix it but how can i find out whose face certain png represents. For example i downloaded king mellow's faces and bamz's faces but still there's no mcdaniels's face because there's png with his number in my game folder but i don't know which one of all these faces is his so i rename it that is fix it.


I'm not sure if I well understood. McDaniels was included in King Mellow latest release, but I suggest to download the one made by R4zor..he released it a couple of days ago. The ID is already the same I'm using, so just put it in your main 2k14 folder.
If you want to know the ID of the CF, for each player, just follow my excel. McDaniels should be something like 32711..

Just follow the excel ID. The number you see is the same in the png file. Eg. McDaniels has ID 001? Then his png will be png001.iff

Also, there seems to be at least one of top 7 prospects to drop in the second draft and then demand 14+ per year.

I took Randle with 7th pick(playing with Lakers and had Pau locked up for 3 more years so didn't want Embiid) and in second round I had a choice between Embiid and another solid prospect that would compliment my team vision well. Wanted to play realistic so I passed on Embiid and Bucks selected him and he didn't get signed. Off-season and he demands 14+ per year. Signed with Suns.

He's a 78 rated 19 years old guy with massive potential...14M isn't a mad price if we were talking about an hypotetical free agent... but we shouldn't ever ever come to this possibility. And give me a single reason why the CPU shouldn't sign him once selected in the draft...there isn't. I think their testers never really played an association :D

The price is right. But possibility is wrong. Most 2nd rounders never get signed in association. Which sucks.

Concerning the 2015 draft: I put in all the CFs mentioned in the Excel sheet but there are still players without a head in the draft (Jahlil Okafor and several others). Did you just forget to put their .png references into the sheet or am I missing something?

Edit: Forget about it. I just missed the two other Excel sheets :mrgreen:

You guys have the players, I thought I could request here. Since the 2014 draft is done, maybe you could release a roster with the rookies on their teams? 2K's Logic on drafting is crap, and it's very time consuming for me to get the rookies on their right teams on association mode. Hope you'll consider. :bowdown: :bowdown2:

I can't do it by my own, but for sure I will help Albys to update his roster :)

Great DC's mauroth ,i'm runnin associacions with alby roster&sliders and your dc's ,probably closest to real gameplay :D .Anyway could you add cyberfaces spots for at least Caboclo Huestis Labeyrie cause their cfs have been released recently: Caboclo by IronMike, Huestis by MrStar and accurate Labeyrie can be found on latest UBR roster :wink:

Here we go guys... updated 2014 Draft class. Follow the new excel to find which 2014 CFs have changed/been added.
2015 and 2016 draft classes are slighty updated too.

From now on, no more updates in 2014, because rookies will be integrated in Albys roster.

Does anyone have the CFs (especially Elfrid Payton, Kyle Anderson, Shabazz Napier) by LordStar? He quit the job and deleted the links, so I sadly can't access them anymore.

I had very little time to work on it but there good news too. I decided to create a 2018 draft class to. Thanks to the last summer camp report, I have a list of 40+ players with at least a scouting report. This also means that I'll have to move some 2017 players to 2018, and find a dozen of replacements. Good for you, more work for me :)

Honestly I never heard about him... does he have real chances to enter the league?

Actually, haven't seen him played yet (not much exposure yet on TV).
edit: Maybe you should never mind it lol. I was kinda of confused. perhaps the year he could be draft is beyond 2017. that's why.

Correct, he can't be drafted before 2017...I'll keep an eye on his name.

Guys... unfortunately today I got a bad news: JunkYardDog can't work anymore on the animations for the draft prospects. This is a big loss, because honestly speaking, he's amazing in replicating all the sig moves. Thanks again for your amazing job JunkYardDog!

So... 2017 draft class is completely ready apart from the animations and it features 80 real players with super accurate ratings and tendencies (I tweaked them hundreds of times!), and of course updated bio, heights and weights.

I'm not that good working on the animations tab. This why I'm asking for your help!

I need one or more (we can share the workload) passionate people who have some free time and have a knack for replicating in the most accurate ways the players. Sig moves masters, I'm looking for you! :)

It's not even necessary to replicate exactly all the 80 prospects, but before releasing I really would like to have the top 30 prospects done. If you're interested to cooperate just send me a PM and I'll share the draft class to work on.

Meanwhile, I'm glad to post a juicy preview: I started working on the 2018 draft class. At the moment I have more than 50 real players, and most of them are already done concerning skills, bio, height & weights and some tendencies. If I can concentrate just on the 2018 draft class because someone else is helping with the animations, it's not impossible to say that the 2018 draft class will be available for everyone in a month more or less.

Last but not least... look-a-like cyberfaces suggestions are highly needed for a better experience. I also saw that some patchers started working on 2015 prospects CFs...and this is a superb news! All of them will be compatible with the updated 2015 and 2016 draft classes that I'll release together with 2017. I tweaked a bit the potential ratings for an even better long term association experience.

Come on guys, I just need a little help... and the reward is much higher :)

I think that what people vaue most of draft classes are the cfs, personally i wouldnt play a draft class with generic cfs, i dont found it realistic, maybe you should try this and not do that accurate animations

Sorry but I completely disagree. CFs represent a noticeable plus, nobody says the opposite, but a draft class with superb CFs and very bad ratings, potentials and tendencies is simply worthless if you just know a little about basketball, because it will make impossible to enjoy the association.
Meanwhile, with an accurate draft class with generic CFs, your eyes may not be happy (I admit it of course), but you can still enjoy a long association.

That said...doing good draft classes or creating cyberfaces are completely different jobs that have NOTHING in common (I don't even know where to start about creating cyberfaces, but this is the third season I'm releasing multiple draft classes).

But of course we need both! And from my side I'm glad to see that you're making very good cyberfaces for the 2015 prospects...it's been months that I'm trying to suggest creating the top draft prospects instead of making dozens of KD or Kobe. But you should also be happy that other people are spending hundreds of hours reading and watching about 300+ real players and how to replicate them in the most accurate way ;)
