Elfrid Payton doesn't have a .iff number.

It depends on what roster your using, thats why i usually dont put a png number. YOu'll have to find out the png number of the player in the roster your using.

I'm using either Hawk's UBR or Alby's rosters. Just include the .iff numbers with the face.
