but those players info inside box - can it be more centered inside? it is always nailing to the right side of the box. is it possible to fix? also is it possible to change font of those player info letters?

I don't think that would be possible, because there are too many rosters in the UBR to be given the slimm formula, a lot of leg tones to be corrected, MyCareer would have to be applied to every roster, and CF's, arenas, courts, and logos will have to be renamed or changed to avoid conflicts.

No, I don't think Derrick Rose's rating needs to be higher. All of his statistical ratings are accurate based on this years' stats. His speed and quickness ratings are lowered because his legs fell off in 2012. His awareness ratings are low because his offensive efficiency is HORRIBLE. This season, he's responsible for 91 points per 100 possessions. The low end of the scale for offensive awareness (which is based on offensive efficiency) is 80 and the high end is 130. He's almost at the bottom and has been since he started suffering knee injuries. One of the complaints about how I determine the awareness ratings is that players are affected by their teams' offensive and defensive efficiency. However, look at some of the other starters' offensive efficiency ratings:

Jimmy Butler 116
Taj Gibson 113
Pau Gasol 106
Nikola Mirotic 105
Tony Snell 94
Derrick Rose 91

This isn't the same Derrick Rose that you remember from a few years ago. He's shooting 39% from the field and 25% from the 3pt line. His per 36 minute scoring, assists, and steal numbers are approximately career lows. His PER is 11. Compare this with his best season (2011) when He had 23.5 PER. All-Star caliber players usually have above 25 PER. A 11 is TURRIBLE.

His ability on-court in this game is realistic and so are the results you get when you set his minutes accurately and sim.
