This mod is getting better and better, I am coming from the UBR side (which is awesome), but the artwork to the global and Monzkis cyberfaces are truly amazing and unique. I personally hope you keep using this global, the game looks great!

If you have microstutter issues and are using a AMD card, I HIGHLY recommend using Radeonpro (just download it off the radeonpro main page). If you set the VSYNC to DYNAMIC and place "60" in the next box down (Under where you set it to DYNAMIC), you SHOULD get a fluid 60 FPS. I have used it on 3 different computers with 3 different AMD cards and I have had no issues. I also add the NBA 2k14 profile the AMD Catalyst Contol Center. Windows 10 is such a pain in the butt, I switched back to Windows 7 and its great.

I've upgraded to 10 with an nvidia, and I can play with the highest settings, fullscreen with sound (I downloaded the directx 9 package to fix this), and I experience no frame studdering with every mod I've tried. The only thing I don't know is if the modding tools will work (I have a separate computer with 7 installed just in case)
