Well guys I'm just about worn out for the day, but I wanted to leave you guys with one last preview of something I'm working on. It may or may not happen, and may just be something I'll leave you guys to import on your own. Anyway, with the way the vote is trending, Lagoa's next-gen arm sleeves are going to be a guaranteed version of the Dedication Global regardless of the lower body attached to it. With that being said, those that use Lagoa's Next-Gen Arm sleeves know that the bump created affects ALL arm sleeves, including just normal arm sleeves and Adidas tech fit D-Howard sleeves. Damian Lillard wears a certain arm sleeve like the D.Rose gear I created with the same pattern and such, and I figured why not replace one of the dead arm sleeve textures with said arm sleeve.


It would conflict with most roster edits that have players wearing normal arm sleeves at the moment which is the only downfall. Most of us use Meds roster from what I know so maybe he'd be willing to just change over all arm sleeve wearers to padded arm sleeve, leaving the arm sleeve accessory for the Adidas Arm Sleeve I've created. I've also edited the green map for normal arm sleeves which in fact are linked to D-Howards Arm sleeves giving them the signature Adidas bump; though we all know there is no pad, at least it will be a brand-accurate pad. My only problem I've encountered thus-far is getting the texture to appear correctly with Black.


Unlike my D.Rose gear I've created this to be able to change color based on whatever it's assigned. I might have some work to do to get it to work properly, or toss the idea all together but we'll see. I've had this idea in the works for a while and finally got around to making it, although I'm unsure what other athletes aside from Lillard wear the sleeve, but it gives some variety for maybe your my-player or special gear edits you may want to give your team

Lagoa's Skin Textures aren't the best in my opinion but his face lighting and neck animations are spot on....as far the sweat yours or SJ's seem to be the best.

Long time no see guys sorry for the abrupt disappearance, I just needed some time to spend with my family and get away from things and get my health together; but alas I'm doing much better now I'm not sure if you all are still interested in my Dedication Global release, as I had halted production on it, and with Lagoa and SJ releasing their latest fantastic globals I'm sure you guys are enjoying the fruits of their labor! However, I'll put it to a poll and for you guys to just voice your interest if you'd like for me to go on ahead with the Official Dedication Global, as I do this for you guys As the old poll concludes with 123 votes the 4 versions would include:

The base I have yet to decide on as I see SJ released a multitude of versions for his AC4, and well I have a ton of other things that could be sorted out so don't let me get ahead of myself; if you all do want to see the official release happen, let me know what you guys think

Well guys I guess the votes and comments say it all, I shall continue to mod starting from this day onward! (Sorry to the person who voted no in the poll )

With my friend SJ retiring after REIGN to work in China and with my friend Lagoa being a kick ass Brazilian rock-star I'll dedicate my time from here forth to modding again to serve the community up some global goodness to hold you down I've got a lot of things planned so I guess I'll share everything I have planned. I've come to the conclusion that I will make the Dedication Global a series of globals, using various bases to achieve a multitude of effects as everyone has their own preference. This will of course mean a ton of work on my end, but I must say I enjoy modding so this will make up for lost time.

The list of bases I have come across from cycling through the forums are as such:
Lagoa's V5
SJ's AC4 (3 versions)
-Normal Light
-More Light
-Wet Sweat
SJ's REIGN (Unreleased)
Tatlopuyo's Jersey Enhanced version of SJ's REIGN (Unreleased)

Pending permission of course to use the aforementioned bases I can then move on to getting down to the nitty gritty of the globals making them each their own and putting my touches on them in each and every way I can.

I've been spoiled by next-gen graphics lately as I bought myself a PS4 for Christmas and have been playing 2K14 aplenty. I really do enjoy some of the smaller things that went into the global for next-gen and may try using those techniques for my upcoming work, more than likely for a separate global for those "next-gen" admirers, but we'll see. The textures that the players' skin emanates is flawless, I hope to find a way to get results similar to that; skin tones however are really hit and miss with next-gen, I feel SJ's tones are much more accurate and life-like. Sweat in next-gen is quite impressive and I wish I could extract the texture from my PS4 hard drive to work with, it has a truly nice subtle wetness to it that isn't over exaggerated by the global's lighting. Lighting in next-gen is nice in the way that it brings out all the details. I'll post personal up-close screens of every single detail I can when the time comes for that project.

I will also be working on an NCAA Global and PBA global for their respective projects.

For now though, I'll be working on textures and 3D body modding in the stead before I test out each base to see what I'm working with. I personally haven't touched any of the bases or played the game at all for the matter since my last BETA release of the Dedication, so now is the time to voice your likes and dislikes from any of the globals past or present so I can get a gist of the communities opinion before I experience everything myself. So if you don't mind, if you have anything in particular that you favored from any globals from SJ, Lagoa or myself please note them! In particular I'm looking for preferences in the following categories as they're the most polarizing and require the most adjusting with noticeable variance between each base.

Sweat
Lighting
Skin Tones
Body Shadows/Occlusions
