Yeah, they had a real thick white line around it in the videos I found. It was ugly. Finding a good arena logo was tough.

@pirate

amazing new courts, but bullets' one is wrong. they were not wizards at that time. they were bullets. so that wizard logo is wrong. court looked different in 96/97 season.

Madball actually they played 5 games in the 97/98 season before they moved to the new mci center. Great work pirate!

you missed the point... these courts are 1995-1997 era. not '97-98 season.

and that was NOT bullets court between 1995-1997. this how it looked:

1. 1995-1996 look

2. 1996-1997 look

MadbaLL, no its not like that. I request for this court and its all correct. I ask Pirate for two similar courts, one before 1997/98 season and another from 1997/98 season. I ask bout both because i thought it will be easier for him to make another because of switching logo bullets-wizards and different color of paint. So court is all good. I believe next one will be from 95-97 so lets wait...

@sko

you are wrong. the court pirate posted is not the one from 95,96, 96 or 97/98.

dedenrone said it was used for just 5 games, so it's not main court design for any of that mods.

this is how court looked in 1997/1998 season:

If you don't like it, don't use it. It's that simple.

@pirate

it's just easy to say that, isn't it? :roll: also, i don't see a reason for such reply, because i wanted to help and give you a feedback. you don't want to make it accurate?

i aim for accuracy and realistic look, i hoped you were up to a same.

Simply put, the Wizards played the first five game of the 1997 season in the US Airways Arena as the MCI Center was being finished. This is accurate for those five games. In fact here is the AP article talking about the Wizards losing all five games at the old arena:

December 2, 1997 (AP) - Whether it was the presence of President Clinton, the long-awaited opening of the MCI Center or the noise created by the sellout crowd, the Washington Wizards finally won a home game last night.

Opening their new $200 million arena with a 95-78 victory over Seattle, Juwan Howard and reserve Tracy Murray had 18 points apiece as the Wizards snapped the Super-Sonics' seven-game winning streak. Seattle lost for only the fourth time in 17 games.

"It means a lot, not just for the organinzation but for the whole city," Wizards guard Calbert Cheaney said. "I felt just like a kid when you get something new. You want to cherish it for a while."

Washington lost all five of its games at the US Airways Arena this season. Things were decidedly different in the Wizards' new home, however, as they took the lead in the first quarter and never lost it.

Here is an AP image of Chris Weber on that court, note the caption:

http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/joel-richardson-us-air-wizards-lose-to-knicks-patrick-ewing-news-photo/109278018

And another of Calbert Cheaney showing a piece of the floor:

http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/guard-gerald-wilkins-of-the-orlando-magic-tries-to-keep-the-news-photo/242220

So, it is indeed accurate. Now if you want the MCI center, all you need to do is ask politely. Try: "Thanks for the US Air update, but the Wizards played 36 games in MCI in the 97/98 season. Think you could make that court?"

Oh, and here is the Post's article about the last game at the US Air Arena:

MadbaLL, interesting discuss here i see :) . Yes you are right about that Wizards court, they played only for couple games in the 1997-1998 season, later that season, court was changed.

@pirate

my apologies about missunderstanding between you, me and sko. i though you planned that wizards court for 95/96 and 96/97 season, i didn't know sko was asking that design for 97/98 season.

my fault and i hope you will continue your amazing court project in the future :wink:

No problem sir. I'm super busy with work and life... sorry if I came off as a jerk.

I may have some more courts in the future. Trying to still play the game occasionally.
