Cyberface help: 0-12 Vertices Export/Import Error

Hello im new to the nba 2k14 modding , i wanted to make some player cf , i maked whole model for Kevin Punter and i get this error every time i want to import it and i dont know how to fix it.

Hi! Most likely you have deleted or added new verts, edges or faces of the object. Or did you just copy the hairstyle or beard from another player (or tried to add it to CF where it wasn't originally there)

Each part in the model has its own number of verts, edges and faces. For a face, it's always 1399, 4065 and 2664. These values cannot be changed, if you delete or add something, then you will get an error when exporting this particular part to the 3dm tool. Be careful!

Hello! I am having the same problem (0-12). I neither added nor deleted any faces, vertices, or edges. I also did not copy any beard or hairstyle from another file. I only modified the hair that was already in the .n2km file. Please help, I worked for so long, I don't want this to be wasted.
