What would cause some players to be shirtless?

I installed a couple mods, 2k Legacy V4 and presentation crash mod fix. Mostly fine except some players don’t have a jersey on and their lower torso is invisible. I can’t figure out why it’s only some players.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure if there is a jersey/cloth mod included with that global, but maybe that is something you need, a tight jersey mod or something, I'm not actually sure of this

This was correct. I’m still learning and now I understood your terminology and fixed it!

Still have a halftime freeze (modded or vanilla) I can’t shake. Happens 50% of the time. I now save and quit at halftime as my best option.
