Black spots on arms

What is the easiest way to get rid of black spots on the players arms?

I haven't had the time or resources to sort out a solution for a 13.6 GB upload, so I don't have any alternative links to share. However, looking at the contents of that archive.org upload and the one that I got from sticky-fingers, they appear to be identical. So if anything is missing from that pack, then it's most likely missing from the one that I downloaded as well.

However, if you know the specific filenames, let me know and I'll double-check the pack I have just to be sure. If they're there, I'll package them up in the short term. As I said though, the file I grabbed for safekeeping appears to be identical to the one on archive.org, so I'm not sure it'll be useful.
