Anyone know which .iff file this texture belongs to? (Crowd lighting texture)

Am trying to edit the lighting of the crowd, and have found this texture whilst using texmod, but am trying to find which .iff file contains it so that I can edit that .iff.

Have used REDMC to open the crowd.iff and there is one texture in there that I can't access without REDMC giving me an error, so I'm not sure if it is this one, or if it is part of a whole other .iff file.

If anyone knows where to access this texture on any mod tool other than texmod, please let me know. Thank you
