NBA Scouting Page on Association Mode

Anybody know what's the file used in the NBA Scouting page on Association Mode or has anybody have the same problem as me where the NBA Scouting page is just black? You can still click and there will be options that will pop out but the main screen is just black. It's been a problem of mine for so long and just now asking about this. I'm not sure if the file was deleted or have been overwritten by a corrupted file.

Really hope someone can help.
