Agree with this statement. Out of the box the ratings and tendencies work 100% for sim stats, BUT it doesn't provide sim gameplay. So not only slider adjustments are needed, also tendency adjustments for players to balance out the gameplay and make it realistic.

It's entirely possible that he's done with this project, especially if he's grown tired of being pestered to post updates.
