Does anyone know how to make a custom start screen? I've seen alot of custom ones, so I know it can be done, but not only do I not know how to do it, i dont know anyone else who does either
I want to replace the Lebron James background with this (or something of similar nature)
It is for 2k1 NBA Mod

You need a licensed RedMC for that. The process being the same as how HD courts work.
