Changing Team Logo Screen On Start Up

I know this is possible, because I've seen mods update logos. Just wondering how this is done, because I actually want to go backward, and use the old nba team logo screen found in games like NBA Live 2000, and NBA 2k

You have to edit the englishbootup.iff file. Replace the old logo with the one you want.
