So i reworked one of them (took less than 2 minutes).
As you can see i didn't touch the headshape, but we can recognize D.Rose here. Maybe it would have been even better to modify the nose shape for example, as D.Rose nose is very recognizable. But that's not a big thing, i don't modify 8 headshapes out of 10 on my classes.
Now what i changed :
- The face texture. The saturation on the face was not enough, it did look grey. Plus i darkened the whole face a bit. It seems you wanted him to have beard on his cheaks, but only darkened the skin to do so. I could have put some real beard texture, but was lazy and did replace it with skin. As you can see my face texture blends more with the hair and the neck part.
- The green texture. This one will be for how light reflects on the guy. As you can see on yours the hair did go lower on the forehead than the face texture which results on some weird lightning (almost like a scar) on the top of his forehead.
- The small white texture i always use the same. You can find it on most of my players. Yours was a bit to dark for my standards, but that's not a big deal.
- And the last image is the alpha of the face texture. Which will be used to tell what part is going to be shiny. Yours was sketchy and did come out weird on the face, with beard being white in some parts for example.
It's just my thoughts on it, hope it can help.
