Download the file that is in the first post at page #1.
Inside the archive is a file gooeyoverlaysstatic.iff
Open it with NBA 2KX MOD Tool.
Necessary texture is in section No.25, subfile No.17.

Search for tutorials in the forums how to work with NBA 2KX Mod Tool and how to edit textures that are inside *.IFF files

exrxixxx ... how to put watermark on both sides of the top part if im using a 16:10 monitor aspect ratio..the old one type of monitor!
