I ran into an issue with textures... I have no idea what
Type of file to save the hair texture as. I tried .png but crashes the game.
If I save as .dds file I know it is not dxt1, dxt3, or dxt5..... so what do I
use as compression after selecting .dds?

Hope I asked the right question.
If I figure this out then I can release the haircut with waves

On the otherhand editing these hairshapes is a mater
of taking the time to get the hair shaped as desired.

Is it a texture for a certain 2km file?

Well if you really all want to know, just because of my monitor problems i abandoned this, so i don't know if i'll be coming back, even though i still have that hairstyle on my files.

Textures from pchair.iff instead of dxt 1 they say rgb I think.

Hey man, I was able to edit it and then saved it as a .dds file. I used gimp 2.8 btw. What you have to do is save it as a .dds, leave the compression as blank, and then format is RGBA8, generate mipmaps. Not sure if I'm right but I was able to import the textures.

well I lost the file with the 3d beard due to selling one of my PCs forgot to transfer it. Really all it was, was a reshaped mop hairstyle moved to the chin area to look like a beard. That
is why I was trying to figure out how to add a hair on the head so he wouldn't have to be bald.

Can you please do something simplefor some of us. Just a low fade or even a dark fade. A caesar cut with waves would be good too if it can be done.

I personally like curly hairs with braids.. Like Kadi ...It looks more attractive than any other hairstyles..We have many more players who prefer to use such kinda hairstyles for their own hairs...
