UBR Question as far as association play

Ok guys got a question. I got Hawks UBR for 2014 and it 100% amazing. I also have RED Editor. Here is my question?????

I want to start and association and play career mode. The thing is I want to take the best teams of all time

So I want a few teams from the 50/60/70/80/90/10's and make one association. I then want to import this years draft class.

Is this possible using the RED Editor?

If so please explain how I am super excited about doing this. I plan on using teams where I do not double up on players what so ever.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
