It's an awesome roster but I have a question:
Why does some of the low level players (rating 70-) don't play?
For example I started a game with Mavs and I haven't seen Gal Mekel (rating 66) on the substitutions menu in game, but I did saw him in the "manage roster" option from main menu...

It is most likely a rotations issue. While he is on the roster, if he doesn't have a spot in the rotation you cant use him in-game.

It is most likely a rotations issue. While he is on the roster, if he doesn't have a spot in the rotation you cant use him in-game.

What can I/GamingStop do to fix this?

Edit:
Could it be because he retuned from injury and now he plays temporarily in D league?
