Regarding the CF, the skin-tone looks a little too washed out and dark. His hairline should have more of an arch to it. Lips should be lighter/pinker, and maybe a little bit thicker.If possible, thin out his face and chin slightly. I'm looking at the pic below as reference.

^^^^Right. Eyes should be slightly wider as well.
