No Barkley?

I would add Barkley if someone gives me permission to use their Created CF for a Rookie Barkley. I did not want to use the Bald Barkley CF nor did I want to create a CF. It was very time consuming transferring these Ratings, Tendencies, Vitals, And signature moves. I just wanted to release something
