Arena Creation Artist Wanted (Paid)

Hey all,
I have a mod I created for my hometown, and there’s an arena I want created into the game that I don’t have the skills for. I am willing to pay well if someone could help, thanks!

Just a heads up, paid mods are strictly against our rules. Obviously, we can't control what people do away from the community, but we don't want our facilities being used to make those arrangements, and we won't mediate any issues if they arise.
