How to install URB by Skodam after downloading files?

The instructions aren't 100% clear as I think the person who wrote them is Polish so I'd just like some clarity please <3
So I know the current roster file goes in the appdata/saves for 2k14. But do the rest just go in the \steamapps\common\NBA2K14 as a drag and drop?

That's right, all other files go in the game folder.
