Kentucky Colonels ABA court

I created the center court logo of Kentucky's Freedom Hall for the Kentucky Colonels in photoshop (saved as a PNG file attached) but need someone to finish the simple floor. ( which you can see in the youtube JPEG )
It's very simple graphically. No other logos needed. Just take a generic floor and make the end lines the same red color as the logo (AB2C19). can anyone help? I would do it myself but don't quite understand the mod tool.
