I suppose that this will be the best legends roster EVER!
In this roster, you'll see...

The past and the present

The biggest and the smallest

Iverson like he always does

The "no look pass" inventor

And the MVP. The three guys at the back was like..."Hey! Its the MVP."
Features:
All legends are born in 1990. (23 y/o)
No doubles.
Most of all legends have 30 minutes each. (except for the last three)
Each teams has 15 players.
Good for association, best for All-Star game

More Information
All legends are assigned based on their best or longest years.
Players are directed on their team if they went top ten in in minutes, field goals made, 3-point field goals, assists, rebounds, free throws, steals, blocks, and points respectively.
Players are also chosen if their numbers are retired in their respective teams.
Other players is also selected if they have an individual accomplishment like NBA MVP, Finals MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, All-NBA First Team, and All-NBA Defensive First Team.

Did some quick testing and you did a fantastic job

Some things that you can maybe change:

Moses Malone is playing for the Rockets but i think he should be playing for the Sixers
Glenn Robinson deserves a place in the Bucks squad
Lamar Odom is playing for the Heat but should be playing for the Clippers or Lakers
Nate Robinson don't deserve to be in the Roster of the Knicks
James Worthy deserves to be in the Lakers Squad
Blackman from the Mavericks needs a color tweak
Pacers Paul George is overrated
Pacers Jermaine O'Neal stats needs some love
Timberwolves Laettner needs color tweak
Timberwolves Gugliotta needs color tweak
Portlands Lucas needs color tweak
Portlands Sidney Wicks has Snoop Doggs Portrait
Caron Butler deserves to be in the Washington squad
