You can change that via RedMC, just open original roster or any other one, go to the Jersey table, find the one you need and in sub-menu on right side choose Parameters and change Jersey Model to Parabola Collar.

no chance in jersey file to delete NBA logo.

I also did not find an option to remove the logo. I just take Euroleague jerseys and edit them. Then there is no NBA logo. But NBA jerseys have more number options on the front of the jersey, so they are more editable…
