i couldn't find a set with correct collar model.

White box in 2k14? I never experienced that. In 2k13 yes, because 2k14 base are not fully compatible with 2k13 but in reverse 2k13 works in 2k14 (all my current NBA unis are based on 2k13).
Collar would be Jersey Model number 4 ("}--").
