how ship 2k14 age check intro

i reinstalled 2k14 on my pc and when i enter in my cd key it says somthing about not able to login to mpplayer account or somthing? and i have to enter my age everytime i play the game and its annoying me. is there a fix to this bc i think the 2k servers are down is why its doing this

If there's an account issue, you might want to try hitting up 2K Support. The servers aren't down yet; after the controversy earlier this year, 2K has extended online support for all their titles from 18 months to 27 months.

Beyond that, I think you can stop the nag from coming up if you enter an age that's less than 10. That might have some undesirable results with your account and save files though, so do that at your own risk.
