Help me. I cant play online

HI everybody, I try to explain my problem
When I start the game, happened the message "servers are unavailable. Please try again later" but there it is not a general problem with the server so it is a personal problem.
I bought the game in steam a few days ago I was never able to connect to the server, I can only play offline.
Two premises: I validated the game from the mail that I received after creating "my account" but this password, that allows me to play the videogame, I can not connect to NBA2k.com, even tells me that my address is not in their bank data.
The first time I start it after installation (happened three times, twice in fact I tried new install the game), the game remains stuck on the screen Lebron's face after clicking start and only restarting the computer overcome the problem
