MC commentator question

Can I make the commentators call my MC by his name only and disregard the nickname?
Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.

Which CallID should I assign to my player? I looked at the rookies and I saw that they have CallID's; example Wiggins has CallID of Robert Williams.
