Portraits problem

I want to add new portraits to the portrait.iff file with the TiT MLB 2k10 tool, but when I have already compressed the new portraits and I want to put them into my portrait file, they doesn't show at all. I try to see the file with Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12 and It shows the same amount of portraits I had before. What could be the problem?
